XGNl5A Small Size Vacuum Switch Cabinet

XGNl5A small size vacuum switch cabinet is assorted with FZN57 (ZN57) small size vacuum switch. The structure is up and down unit type, upper part is switch unit and down part is case body where CT, PT and lightning arrester can be installed. There are products of breaker cabinet, load switch cabinet and fixed type vacuum switch cabinet. The products can be installed against wall and maintenance and operation are easy. They are the upgraded substitute products of KYN28 product and be widely used in indoor substation, box-type substation and power system under 24kv.

■ Assorted ZN57 and FZN57 are unit fixed type vacuum switch which is partly included aluminum zinc coated casing.

■Assorted ZN57 and FZN57 vacuum switches are embedded pole structure and with isolated switch inside.

■Isolated switch, arc extinguish chamber and earthing switch are operated independently and status of isolated switch and earthing switch can be observed directly.

■ ZN57 breaker is the same outline structure as FZN57 and can be used in combination at will, so that project investment can be saved.

■ The XGN15A which is consist of ZN57 or FZN57 can be installed against wall, single side maintenance and lots of space can be saved. 50% high-voltage floor area of substation can be saved and is especially suitable for using in Euro-type box-type substation and substation.

■ XGN15A、ZN57、FZN57 are one-time passed national level 3000 meter high altitude test

■ KYN28 centrally installed cabinet product can be completely replaced by XGN15A in function and usage.

■ XGN15A can provide 24kv product. Use with 24kv ZN57 (FZN57) switch and combine with XGN15A-24 switch cabinet (load switch, breaker), volume of the switch cabinet is only: width × depth × height 750×1255×2200mm. The volume is smaller than 10kv KYN28 centrally installed cabinet.
