YB27 Pad-mounted Substation is indigenous American type cabinet transformer, developed by Haocheng Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. As vital power supplying unit in power cable distribution network, the product is a pad-mounted set integrated with H.V. controlling, protecting and transforming, being widely used in downtown or rural power distribution network.

 

Being placed in transformer oil, H.V. load switchgear and H.V. fuse can be installed in same cabinet or separately with transformer body. Adopting whole sealed structure, components like thermometer, oil position meter, pressure meter, pressure valve and oil valve are installed on the oil taank to inspect the running conditions of the transformer. Three types power supplying for the product are ring network, terminal and dual power supplies. To satisfy more the practical requirements of Chinese power supplying network, Haocheng developed draw-out dry type transformer, of which fuse disjunction doesn’t affects performance of transformer. According to complex level of L.V. feed-out requirement, YB27 substation has 3 shell types as standard type, senior type and complex type. This makes customer or designer optioned types more flexibly and more economically.

◆Compact structure, little volume as 1/3 or 1/5 of same-capacity indigenous European type transformer, greatly decreases ground occupied area.

◆H.V. can be used either for ring network, or for terminal, with reliable and flexible style of power supply.

◆Performance of transformer is perfect: low loss, low noise, low temperature rising; strong overloading capability, strong anti-impact capacity.

◆Product satisfies every kind of requirements of L.V. feed-out wire, optional by schemes or self-design.

◆There are two types of cable end, one is 200A elbow plug, the other is “T-type” fixed cable end. These two kinds of cable ends can both be equipped with total insulated zinc oxide.

◆Arrester and 200A cable end can be plugged or pulled with load, acting as disconnected switchgear.

User should provide following materials:

a. requirements of type, capacity, amount, color ;

b. standard product or not (Products will be considered as nonstandard if not according to H.V. and L.V. electrical designs provided by Haocheng.);

c. performance of transformer, connection group, tap range, requirement of impedance;

d. ring network or terminal, types of cable ends,

e. L.V. scheme serial, types and specs of L.V. breaker. If L.V. measure is required, the user should provide type and precision of L.V. transformer, single sealed or not, and also specs of meters, integrated measuring apparatus and electronic meter.
